As a wedding decoration office, Excelsoir Office also has a warehouse area for loading and unloading equipments or supplies that connected with workspace so comunication between workers will be faster and easier. Placing mass in the middle of the site allows easy circulation with a one-way system without disturbing office activities and on the other hand also creates unique points.
Excelsior uses open layout concept that reducing close insulation to flow thinking processes. Dividing the function of space using glasses, makes transparent view to build faster working atmosphere in entire space. The division of functions is distinguished between two building masses, the right mass is for the public and the left mass is for the private. The building material affects the vision of a structure. It also impact the durability of the structure.
Two building masses are separated by rooftop area which is used for relaxing (smoking area) and makes the building not fat so that natural lighting will be more effective.
