Wafres House

Wafres House is Wafres House is a residential house located in Waterfront Estates Lippo Cikarang. We use the concept of “Borderless and Spacious” as the main point by uniting several types of activities without space dividers to provide a more spacious view of the interior of the house. There is still an empty backyard, space extension is needed to get additional space and making the house look more spacious. The choice of material uses the Industrial Minimalist style, using of wood elements and natural color. There are several elements of iron and pipes as decoration elements, to add an industrial impression to the house.
